If your vehicle is impounded by the Alabama A&M Police Department, you will need to visit the the Alabama A&M Public Services Office to pick up a Impound Release before coming to Chandler Towing and Recovery.

You must bring ALL of the following information to Chandler Towing and Recovery:

• Impound Release Authorization

• Alabama A&M University Student ID
• Government-issued driver's license or state-issued ID card
• A licensed driver if you don't have a valid driver's license
• Proof of ownership - Vehicles can only be released to the owner.           ( Owners who wish to authorize a person to obtain a vehicle release must complete a Notarized Authorization of Release Form and provide proof of ownership documentation.)
